Check out the Midway | You can save $20 by purchasing a Megapass in St. Albert, Morinville, Bon Accord, and Gibbons Mac’s locations until Thursday May 26th at noon. Get your tickets before that point – especially if you’ve got kids that are going to want to spend an afternoon or an evening at the Midway, the savings really pay off. Passes include unlimited rides and admission to Rainmaker Rodeo, and are $35.

Pancake Breakfast | On May 28th, there’s a free pancake breakfast. If you’re up early (breakfast is from 7-10 am), it’s a chance to get out there and start the celebrations with pancakes in the morning.

Watch the Parade | The parade begins at 10 am, and follows the route at Liberton Drive through downtown St. Albert, on Perron Street and ends in Lions Park. The parade starts after the pancake breakfast on May 28th, 2016 (9:30).

Get Entertained | From Dynamo Dogs, to the petting zoo, you’ll find family fun at the Rainmaker Rodeo,

Eat Midway Food | Midway food is one of those things that you’ve just got to do if you’re at the Midway. If you plan on spending Saturday morning out with the kids, the Midway opens just after the parade, at 10:30 am, making it a fun morning out to spend with the family. While you’re there, you can snack on those traditional midway foods like deep fried oreos, and hot dogs as big as your first born.
