Take a Kids Pasta Making Class | Sunday, 10:30 – 1
Send us your kids (ages 9-13) and we’ll teach them to cook pasta, perfectly. We’ll take your kids through the ins and outs of cooking dried pasta, how to serve it, and what to serve it with. And we’ll teach them three sauces that they can easily make at home for you! We’ll start the class with a delicious slow cooked Italian Sausage Sauce, perfect served with Penne. Then while the sausage sauce simmers we’ll be working on two quicker dishes: Spaghetti with Melted Cherry Tomatoes; and Orechiette with a Tomato, Ricotta & Arugula Sauce. And throughout the class we’ll be looking at knife skills as well as discussing hygiene and safety in the kitchen, and even sitting down for a bowl or two of the pasta that we cook.
