What to do in Edmonton This Weekend with Kids
Ottewell 2018 Easter Egg Hunt
Join us April 1st from 1:00pm-3:00pm for Ottewell’s Easter Egg Hunt. Kids will have fun hunting for eggs to exchange them for a goodie bag. Get your Easter picture compliments of MOJO Photo and enjoy some Easter treats. Hot chocolate and coffee will also be served.
Saturday Morning All you Can Eat Cereal Party
It’s that special time when kids and kids-at-heart get to relive the exciting Saturday Morning ritual of non-stop retro cartoons, and binge on the multi-colored sugary cereals that used to be a part of every “balanced” breakfast! The cartoon lineup is always a mystery, but you’ll see both faves and obscurities spanning the 40s through the 80s.
Bunny Petting Zoo and Easter Egg Hunt
We are so excited to welcome HOPPY ACRES RABBITRY to Elmwood this Spring! They will be bringing a live bunny exhibit (OMG) for our children to learn about the bunnies, pet and feed them! Bring you cameras! The “petting zoo” will take place from 10am to 12pm outside the ECL Hall. Donations are welcome and will go towards other programming and events.

Hop to It at Edmonton Valley Zoo
It’s an EGG-stravagent Easter event! Hands-on science experiments, crafts, airbrushed tattoos, and a touch table that are all EGG-related! “Get Closer” with various animal encounters and watch as the resident animals of the zoo go on the very own Easter egg hunt! Which animals will eat the eggs, play with them, or smash them?
