Free Kids Activities at Churchill Square During Spring Break

Churchill Square is the place to be for free things to do with the kids during the week off of school. From hanging out with friends, getting outside and being entertained, there’s plenty to choose from with the daily programming.

From 12:00pm to 4:00 pm, March 27-31, the Edmonton Arts Council (EAC) will be filling Sir Winston Churchill Square with family fun for spring break. EAC’s Happenings on the Square will host free, drop-in activities for children of all ages and interests.

Come to the Square to enjoy:

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Get your body movin’ with some Family Zumba
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Bouncy castles, painting the Square, drop-in street hockey, drop-in basketball

One Wednesday, March 29thParticipaction will be sharing the Square and celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday with one of their cross-country tour stops! Join the Participaction crew as they challenge Canadians to complete as many physical activities from the Play List as possible. You’ll be able to knock a few off your list with opportunities to try Quidditch, rope skipping, stick pull, and more.
