On a the second Saturday of the month, there’s a free themed workshop at your local Home Depot store, aimed for kids.
Why go? The kids get a free apron, and every time they complete one of the craft kits, they get a free pin too. They love building their collection of pins, and the collection of projects too. Hands on glue and hammer to create and construct, with stickers and paint to decorate make it a simple, independent activity for kids 4+.
