Make a Halloween Tote Bag
Kids ages 5+ will enjoy spending time crafting a customized Candy Collector tote bag just in time for Halloween! This would be a great way to spend some creative time with the kiddos as parents must stay to assist their child while we will provide all the materials and instruction.
Haunted Pumpkin Festival
The Haunted Pumpkin Festival at Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm, attracts families from across the nation to Edmonton’s countryside every fall! An autumn outing to the pumpkin patch and this charming month-long Halloween festival at a family pumpkin farm is an annual tradition. There’s been over 1 million guests to the farm have enjoyed the farm since 1956!

Community residents will have the opportunity to meet the firefighters and fire prevention officers in their community, check out the fire trucks and learn important fire safety information in order to ensure their families are fire safe.

Outdoor Movie in Summerwood
Join Pacesetter Homes Under the Stars on October 13th for a Movie Night In the Park! We will be screening two movies – Lion King at 7:00pm for the kids, and Jurassic World at 9:00pm (ish) for the grown ups. Warm up with Fat Franks, hot chocolate/specialty coffee, and fun, fresh kettle corn! Bring your blanket, your chairs, or better yet your pillow and favourite cuddle toy and cozy in for a movie night with the family. The first 50 people to arrive will receive Pacesetter blankets.
Jurassic Park Mini Lego Build
The dinosaurs are coming! Parents bring your child(ren) in to build their very own LEGO® Jurassic World Triceratops. 11 am – 1 pm
Gateway to the Stars
The program costs $15 per person, with your valid National Park pass. Advance registration is recommended, as the program is capped at 25 participants. Call 780-922-5790 to register. Refunds will not be given for poor weather. If the stars aren’t visible, a substitute program will be provided.
