$2.00, Materials Included They craft; you shop! Kids 3 and up can enjoy a sugar skull mask project. Sign up in-store or just drop in. $2 per project, supplies included. Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the event.

Pop up Playful Downtown Playdate | Churchill Square
Parents can encourage children to play, and must remain on the space to supervise their children (or get involved in the play themselves). It’s a great way to get out, meet some neighbours and experience one of the first initiatives of child friendly downtown.

Get Your Rocks Identified at TWoS | Telus World of Science
Do you have strange rock?  Think you have a meteorite or a dinosaur bone? Or could it be an arrowhead? The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and will be a hosting a Rock & Fossil Clinic at TELUS World of Science – Edmonton on Saturday, October 15.  Bring in your rocks and get them analysed by professional and student geologists from APEGA and professional archaeologists from the Archaeological Society of Alberta.

Farmer’s Market Fun Day | Miller Crossing Farmer’s Market
Miller Crossing will be hosting our first Family Farmers Market Event. Please join us on Sunday for an afternoon of shopping with our amazing local vendors. We will also offer: Free kids art classes, face painting, coffee, cookies and the all day breakfast is only $7.

Watch the Secret Life of Pets | McLeod Community League
Concession will be selling hotdogs, popcorn, cotton candy, beverages, and candy. Wear your PJs, bring your pillows and sleeping bags! All chairs will be restricted to the outer spaces of the hall to make room for maximum floor space for those brining floor mats and sleeping bags. Bring a food bank donation!

Haunted Pumpkin Festival | Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm
The Haunted Pumpkin Festival at Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm, attracts families from across the nation to Edmonton’s countryside every fall! An autumn outing to the pumpkin patch and this charming month-long Halloween festival is an annual tradition. There’s been over 1 million guests to the farm have enjoyed the farm since 1956!

Ski and Snowboard Swap | Snow Valley
Entrance Fee: $2 per person or $5 per Family. Consignment Fee: $2 per item, plus 20% of all items sold. Staff and Volunteers will be on hand to receive and assist in the evaluation of equipment. This annual fund raiser supports Snow Valley Ski Club and Snow Valley Racing. Straight skis (too old) and used helmets (safety issue) will not be accepted for sale.
