Night of Fear Festival | St. Albert Kinsmen Centre
Full Family Fun Saturday.  Saturday we invite all the little ghouls and goblins to come with mom and dad.  Get yourself a trick or treat bag on Saturday, and win a prize if you bring us your scavenger hunt card back full of stamps.  We have a pumkin decorating contest, as well as a kids costume contest!  Special guests, product vendors, and yes parents….the haunted house and graveyard will be up and running on Saturday as well.  Due to content, only those 8+ are welcome to come through with a parent. No strollers please.

Indigo Kids Spooktacular Halloween Parade | Chapters Indigo Stores
IndigoKids Presents: Spooktacular Halloween Parade. Come in dressed up to enjoy storytime, activities and a costume parade! Chapters & Indigo locations only! (Coles and IndigoSpirit locations are not participating at this time.) Contact your local store for details.

Meet a Live Owl | 12204 107 Ave
Head out to Wild Birds Unlimited and meet a live owl, while learning a thing or two about the birds. This is a great opportunity for children to learn something, have a great new experience and even get a free owl poster at the event.
When: Saturday, 11-4

Kids Day out at Melting Pot | The Melting Pot
Come out for a three course fondue feature menu, with our delicious cheese, our fresh salad and our mouth watering chocolate fondue! After dinner come into our craft area and have some fun! Spots are limited so call 780-465-4347 to reserve your table. Wear your favorite costume for a chance to win some prizes as well!

Make Halloween Cookies | At Home
Use this easy recipe for sugar cookies to create delicious Halloween cookies at-home. Bring a batch to your favourite neighbour, or make a batch to decorate with kids in the neighbourhood, or friends. It’s a fun way to prepare for Halloween.

Watch Casper at TWoS | Telus World of Science
To celebrate Halloween, Telus World of Science is bringing back Casper. Catch the screening on Sunday and bring the family to enjoy the classic Halloween tale on the big screen.

Build and Go Workshop | Telus World of Science
You don’t have to be afraid of the dark with this cool project, suitable for every creative “maker” in the family. Make your name in lights with Electroluminescent Wire! OR, bring something from home to sew/glue/snap the wire too. We even turned an old backpack into something out of Sci-Fi movie! Check it out:
