All children, regardless of their Spanish language skills, are welcomed to attend. Our playschool offers the experience of a qualified bilingual teacher, specializing in early childhood education, where children will learn Spanish through play and instructional interaction.

West End Playschool | February 13

Play is our essential part of the learning. Through play children are able to develop social, cognitive and physical skills. Their goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where children are able to be and explore. They also have some structure objectives in which they encourage preparing for kindergarten. The children learn early literacy, fine motor skills in early writing, through journals and worksheets. They are also Spanish Bilingual where we introduce a few basic spanish words and songs to our 4 year olds. Children will learn how to interact with their peers, basic safety learning and learn new routines. Kids will participate in growing, nurturing, harvesting their own vegetables and fruit, through our newly added Tower Garden. They will be able to eat their own grown harvest!

McLeod Community Early Learning Centre | February 25

Promise preschool seeks to foster and enhance learning opportunities for your pre-kindergarten children. As a result, the program has adapted a weekly theme, number, and color that will be taught and emphasized each day. In this way, the center is preparing students for concepts they will encounter in their daily lives as well as in their future schooling.

Throughout the entire year we will also be working with the preschoolers to learn main bible stories through the art of drama and song. We hope and believe that each child will experience the love and provision of the Lord through these devotions.
