At just under an hour from Edmonton, Devon is an easy trip outside of the city to take advantage of a Midway to kick off the summer season in Alberta.
At the Midway, West Coast Amusements who will be providing all kinds of rides and games that will interest the fun at heart all weekend long. At the same time, bring the family ‘downtown’ as we will be celebrating the many tastes around Devon – The Taste of Devon is a fun evening when all the restaurants and groups come out to make supper for all. During the night we have local talent to entertain the groups on the outside stage, as well as face painters and balloon artists for the kids.
Tip: Ride all day passes for the midway are $25 for the Midway
There’s an old school Muchmusic Video dance, a parade for younger children, the Taste of Devon and four days filled with fun for the entire family. These out of town Midways are some of our favorites to attend through the summer months because they’re often fun, the line ups are reduced and there’s a lot of entertaining things to do aside from the Midway while you’re there.
