As the parent, you need to embrace healthy habits for your toddler to support his general overall health as he or she grows up. Introducing your child early to foods low in fats and sugars can go a long way in shaping the choices of foods for your child in the future. Let your child’s menu color his plate with colorful vegetables, greens, proteins like bean lentils, whole grains, and dairy products like milk and lean meat.
