Join us on Canada Day from 11 am to 3 pm for a picnic at the beach. Just bring your picnic basket and a blanket for some outdoor fun and live music at the Intentional Beach.
Millwoods Canada Day Pancake Breakfast
Canada Day is fast approaching. This will be the 28th Annual event and promises to be a great celebration. The year, Canada Day falls on a SUNDAY. The children’s activities will begin about 1:00 PM in the middle of Mill Woods Park (23 Ave & 66 St) and run till about 6:00 PM. The stage entertainment will run from about 3:30 PM until the fireworks at 11:00 PM. This year’s headliner is The Hip Show.

Canada Day Concert in the Park
Cosmopolitan Music Society hosts a yearly Canada Day event, and this year we’re celebrating bigger and better than ever before! Join us anytime from 10am – 5pm to sit back and relax to some of the best bands Edmonton has to offer. Listen as they play music that will set the day’s mood for the fireworks show that will be held in the evening by the City of Edmonton, and will brighten the night sky. There’s lots to see, do, and listen to, so come out and take part in the festivities this Canada Day!

Canada Day at Millwoods
This is a free, family oriented event and generally packs in early. There is no public parking in Mill Woods Park but handicapped people can be dropped off at the various parking lots. There is limited parking available at Mill Woods Town Centre or you can take public transit.

Canada Day Pancake Breakfast
For the past 28 years, Edmonton’s Ismaili Muslim community has had the honor and privilege of hosting the Canada Day Breakfast at the Alberta Legislature Grounds. Thousands of Edmontonians come out to enjoy free pancakes, watermelon, tea and coffee and celebrate Canada Day. With live music, games and activities for children, a citizenship ceremony, and the famous pancake breakfast, it is the perfect family event.

Sherwood Park Canada Day Parade
The Sherwood Park & District Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the Canada Day Parade on Sunday, July 1, 2018 starting at 10 a.m. Thousands of smiling faces will line the 2 km parade route through the heart of Sherwood Park
