This exercise will target the glutes, quads, calves, lower back, and hamstrings. If you do this regularly, it will have an impact on your body. The first thing you need to do is stand straight. Then make sure you push your hips back, and your knee and lower portion of your body should be in a sitting position where you flex your knees. If required, you can extend your arms in front of you and hold your wrist. This will give you balance. Now jump upward, lifting your whole body weight. Then land softly and squat. This is a good exercise that will target your quads, lower abs, and glutes intensely. Do this every day to see noticeable differences in your body.
