10 Outdoor Movies You Can Watch in Edmonton area in July & August

It’s outdoor movie season and we can’t wait to pack a picnic, dinner and snacks and head out to our favourite outdoor movie locations in the city for screenings of the best family-friendly outdoor entertainment experiences in Edmonton.

Before you head to the outdoor movie – here are some of our tips for bringing the kids to an outdoor movie night in Edmonton.

  • Bring snacks
  • Don’t forget to pack a snack, or dinner for the outdoor movie. There are plenty of restaurants that have take-out options perfect for family.
  • Pack sweaters and blankets. Bundle up, because when the sun goes down it gets cooler – especially if you’re at one of the spray park movies. Chairs, blankets, and bundling up is going to ensure that the kids stay later, and you’re going to be able to enjoy the whole movie!
