5 Things to do at the LEGO Store in May in Edmonton

With plenty to play with at the LEGO store, it’s one of our must-stop places when we head out for a morning at Southgate Centre. The kids love mixing and matching the LEGO figures, playing with the bins of DUPLO and checking out the latest displays of things that have been made and assembled in the store.

There are plenty of monthly events going on in-store, and here’s what you can find at the LEGO store in Edmonton in May –

Star Wars Event | May 4
From, ‘the Brick fan’. Special Star Wars in-store events. Complete a search & find activity to get some wearable Yoda ears. At 5pm, there will be a minifigure speed build challenge. The fastest builders will get a free minifigure. Registration may be required. Intended for ages 6-14 only..

Mother’s Day LEGO Event | May 13/14
Mother’s Day Weekend VIP Building Event. Registration is required. Call or sign up at the LEGO store starting April 1

Minifigure Swap Monday | May 22
Join in a LEGO® Minifigure Swap! Bring one of your own Minifigures in to the LEGO Store on April 18. Then, you can trade with Brick Specialists or other LEGO fans! It’s a fun way to change up your collection and meet other LEGO fans. Open to kids ages 6-14 only.

LEGO Life Meeting | May 20/27
Learn how to build a mini model at a LEGO Life Meeting! Plus, you can take your creation home. This exclusive event has limited space, so sign up early! Registration is $10 per child and the event is open to children ages 6-14 only. See a Brick Specialist to register starting March 1.

Special Star Wars Stamp | All month Long
Visit the LEGO store in May with your LEGO passport and get a special Star Wars stamp. There are certain things in childhood that our kids adore, and the LEGO passport is one of them.
