Mish Mash is new to the soft serve game in Edmonton, but not new to ice cream. Created by the popular ‘Scoop n Roll’ business, they’re servin’ up delicious flavours of soft serve ice cream outside in their food truck at Kingsway Garden Mall.
Laden with ingredients, and thick, delicious, creamy ice cream, Mish Mash has a few options: the traditional cone, or a parfait, where the bottom of the translucent cone is filled with ingredients like brownies, coconuts and oreos, or straight up soft serve ice cream.
The soft serve ice cream can be chosen as a swirl cone, or non-swirled. We had the swirled ice cream in both flavours, and a chocolate cone, with sprinkles. The ice cream is smooth, delicious, creamy and everything you would expect from the ice cream experts at Scoop n Roll.
Toppings include things like strawberries, and other fruit, matcha, fruity pebbles, and the traditional sprinkles, coconut flakes, almonds and cocoa powder.
Soft serve cones – with massive portion sizes, are available for $6, or parfaits for $8. The cost is reasonable for the amount of ice cream that you receive – in fact, we wish were was a kids cone option for something smaller because even as an adult it was a generous serving of ice cream.
Where and When to find Mish Mash Parfait
Mish Mash Parfait will be open daily, 2-9 pm on weekends and 3-9 pm during the week. We suggest getting there early, because it’s delicious, and popular. Line ups were starting to form when we visiited just after opening, and it’s only the second day of the season!
