With summer almost here, it’s nice to have different options for places to play. Drop-in play hours are back at the Fun Dome and they are throwing an epic party to celebrate. The indoor play space is located inside the Sportsdome, the blue and white bubble visible from Calgary Trail, but accessed via 99st on 32 ave, with lots of parking.
Fun Dome Relaunch Party
Come to celebrate and get free admission, snacks, face painting and fun experiences for kids while you check out the space and see why it’s a favourite of local children. Get the details of the Re-Launch Party and experience a preview of the drop-in fun you can at the indoor play space have all summer long, for free on June 9th, between 1-4 pm.
Drop In Play at the Fun Dome
In addition to having a fabulous relaunch party, you can drop by the Fun Dome for drop in play, once more. Monday to Friday, between 9-4, it’s an indoor place to play throughout the summer, perfect for those rainy days (or the days when you want to get out of the sun). We love the fact that you can bring your own snacks, and every Thursday afternoon there is a special event, and includes a craft, story reading, or obstacle courses.
Tip: take advantage of summer specials, like weekly specials including 2 for 1 Tuesdays, and Day Home Hump Day Wednesdays where the flat rate is $5/child.
What can kids do while playing at the Fun Dome?

- Imagination Playground blocks, also known as blue blocks that foster creative and imaginative play
