Annual Winter Carnival | Multicultural Heritage Centre
Join the Multicultural Heritage Centre for the Annual Winter Carnival on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The Annual Winter Carnival event is free of charge and encourages the community to get outdoors and into local culture, together; to learn, play and enjoy winter.

Join us for a Mommy + Me Sweetheart Tea Party at our favourite place to create! Come dressed in your favourite outfit or Valentine’s attire as the morning will begin with a Valentine’s Day photo session with Roughley Originals Photography! Then, everyone will enjoy some tea and goodies while they paint their own heart-themed tea cup!
