Family camp is here in Edmonton and we couldn’t be more excited!
Families are invited to join us for an unforgettable experience enjoying adventures with their children at Family Camp! If you’re a child that loves camp, or a parent who loves adventuring with your child, these programs are for you. These family programs have become a popular tradition at Camp Warwa and we are excited to welcome you and your family.
Camp Warwa’s Weekend Family Camps run during the Spring and Fall. This year (MAY AND SEPTEMBER) The program starts at 10:00am Saturday morning, and the camp concludes at 1:30pm on Sunday. Families can arrive to register and settle in as soon as 9:00am on Saturday.
There will be a wide range of programs to choose from including archery, rock climbing, canoeing, bushcraft and more! The winter camp will feature skiing and snowshoeing as well. Parents can join in with their kids, or let them adventure with our counselors while you enjoy some warm coffee or tea. The entire family is welcome, including pre-school aged children. Families will have a lot of choice as to how they spend their time.
In our weekend programs, families are each provided their bunk room in our full service cabins. No accomodations are provided for the Winter Family Day Camp, but there is lots of indoor warm up space. We will provide all your meals, snacks and programs for all camps.
How much does family camp cost?
All inclusive registration for our Weekend Family Camps in the Spring and Fall are $100 for a camper in grades K-12 and $80 for adults. Preschool aged children who are not yet enrolled in Kindergarten are always free. Registration cost for our Winter Family Day Camp is just $10 a person. Preschool aged children who are not yet enrolled in Kindergarten are always free.
